By accessing or using the Jawbio website, web application, and Chrome Extension (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Beta Software

Jawbio is currently in a Beta testing phase. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees regarding the stability, uptime, data retention, accuracy, or bug-free performance of the platform during this testing phase. Features may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any information that is important to you.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any authentication credentials used to access the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service or Chrome Extension, including but not limited to attempting to reverse engineer the software, overloading our infrastructure, or scraping, harming, or violating the terms of third-party job board websites supported by the extension.

4. Intellectual Property

Jawbio's original software, design, branding, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service strictly for your personal, non-commercial job-tracking purposes.

5. Third-Party Websites and Compatibility

Jawbio is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party job boards or other websites it supports. Changes to third-party websites may affect the Chrome Extension's functionality. You are responsible for complying with the terms and rules applicable to the websites you use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jawbio and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of job opportunities, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent data storage, or that the Service will meet your specific needs.

7. Suspension and Discontinuation

We may restrict access to the Service where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. As Jawbio is a beta service, we cannot guarantee that it will remain available or that your data will continue to be stored.
